My name is Wendy Johnson, founder of Ledger & Code. I started Ledger & Code to build on years of working at the intersection of finance, systems, and real-world business operations.

My background spans financial systems analysis, accounting processes, data management, and operational support across complex environments. I’ve spent my career working with numbers, systems, and workflows where accuracy, compliance, and structure aren’t optional — they’re essential. That experience shaped how I view bookkeeping: not as a standalone task, but as the foundation that everything else in a business depends on.
